Equivalent pellet diameter, hyphal diameter, total hyphal length per pellet, number of tips and branches per pellet, hyphal growth unit (HGU, total hyphal length divided by number of tips) and hyphal branch unit (HBU, total hyphal length divided by number of branches) were calculated and reported relative to the control isolate. Statistically significant changes relative to control are indicated (t-tests)
